New Vaccine Information Statements are now available for MCWY ( i.e. Menactra ) and DtaP ( i.e. Daptacel ).
You may download these versions. Everything a practice needs to know about the use of VIS when giving immunizations may be found on the CDC website. Vaccines that require a provided VIS are: diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, measles, mumps, rubella, polio, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, HIB, influenza, pneumococcal conjugate, meningococcal, rotavirus, HPV, Varicella.
