The FDA is warning the public and healthcare professionals about unsafe hand sanitizer products. This is useful information for healthcare professionals to share on their own medical practice websites and other communications with patients and their families.
This list of hand sanitizers the FDA has determined are not safe to use based on their methanol content and/or various other reasons. This list may be found in the table near the bottom of the FDA Do Not Use List. This table lists 149 dangerous hand sanitizer products!
